Is wanting to live your life by your own terms, trying new things, exploring stuff and earning an identity a too big ask? Is not seeking help and wanting to do everything by yourself being selfish? Is your never give up attitude your strength or merely your ego? Life brings you to a stage when you no longer want to be a commoner.
So, you try to break the ordinary route and carve your own path. Because you want to fulfill your dreams, you work hard. You hustle to get closer to your goals day in and out. But the fact that you are working hard independently makes the world insecure and they call you egoistic.
WHY CAN’T THE WORLD ACCEPT THAT YOU DO NOT NEED HELP?
If you do not seek help, there will be no other way for the world to prove that they are the best. How will they show that you cannot survive without them? Even if you know you can do something without them, they will try hard to make you believe that it is impossible without them. They will force you to believe that you still need guidance, support and their back. Unfortunately, they do not know how strong your determination is!
WHY IS EVERYONE RESISTANT TO CHANGE?
It is the toughest time for the decision makers of your life who directed you throughout. Now, when you want to use your own judgement, take your own decisions, the so-called ‘guiders’ start to feel jobless. It is obvious it will hurt them, and they will be resistant to change. It isn’t that you do not respect them anymore. It is just that you want to take a stab at everything first in your own way.
IF NOBODY REALLY UNDERSTANDS YOU, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
The world will never understand you, your ambitions, your dreams and your passion. They will never know what keeps you awake and how much time and effort you invested to change yourself from shy and weak to strong and independent. The underachievers are generally the ones who will criticize you. Let them keep harping. Plug in your earphones, play your favorite song and close your ears to the crap that the world has to offer. Get stronger, bolder and more independent each day. More power to you!
Let us all grow together and witness each other’s success.
