Which is better: e-journaling or diary writing? (Part 1)

We all know the importance of journaling and how it helps in calming oneself. Journaling is extremely therapeutic and helps in self discovery. I too have been journaling for years now. For the longest time, I used to e-journal. However, when I started working, I preferred my me time to be a no screen time.

Are solo trips really exciting?

I often hear that to find yourself, you must go on a solo trip. Because I have never been on one, I am really curious, are they really exciting? Like having to finish the entire pizza alone is exciting? I will think twice before ordering a drink because I can never complete it alone!

After an extremely tiring day, I was on my bed watching the series of random thoughts running on my mind. They just did not stop, attacking me one after the after, aching my heart and jeopardizing my mental peace. Now I wonder how fast our minds can think!

Here is how I spend my Sundays

Sundays have a different feel. I feel so happy in the morning, like nothing to do all day! Just be yourself, chill and enjoy! By the time its evening, the happiness slowly turns in mild sadness as to why is it getting over. Oh Lord, again 5 days of slogging ahead!
